It's Safe to be a Bright Light...

Sometimes, when I have big things to share in this online space I hold back for fear of being judged as being 'too positive', 'too happy', 'too shiny'.

Fears of being mocked or knocked or criticised by those who do not hold the same view/option/perspective on the world.

By those who think I should be 'more realistic''.

AND I KNOW I'M NOT ALONE IN THIS.

A lot of what I feel in the world is LIGHT. ✨

A lot of what I see in the world is LOVE. 💖

And of course, we are shifting through and healing our shadows, but always when I can I CHOOSE to return back to the space of love, light, upliftment, shining happiness, in your face positivity because THAT'S my natural dominant vibration 99% of the time.

And because I have managed to heal/release so much of what causing me to not feel my natural state.

I've found ways to align myself to what I want to see more of in the world and that naturally causes me to speak/act from that place.

Not all the time, but the vast majority if the time.

And yes that's a priviledge that I don't take for granted.

To be happy and to be in joy.

I walk around with a smile on my face most of the time because I'm happy to be alive!

I smile at trees in bloom because I'm grateful they are there (just ask Enrico!)

I look for the good in most situation and people before I look for the bad.

I focus on solutions rather than problems.

And that's just how I do life.

And I will no longer apologise for this.

I will no longer choose to dim my light in times of darkness and struggle.

I won't look away or pretend it's not happening.

I will of course acknowledge and honour and see the shadows, in myself and in the world. I will stand up for what is right.

But the work I am here to do requires me to keep returning back to the light regardless and holding space for others to see theirs.

And if my SHINING offends anyone there is literally nothing I CAN or WILL do about that.

Don't allow anyone to shame you for shining and being as radiant as you are. It's safe to be a bright light in the world.

So be fearless in pursuit of what lights you up so much your face could implode with happiness! And don't worry about what anyone else thinks about that!

Love Kirsty xx

Ps. I also love rainbows and unicorns.
