Whenever you say "I shouldn't be feeling this way" about any emotion that you feel is ‘silly’ or ‘pathetic’ or ‘childish’ you are diminishing your very valid emotions.
Every emotion is valid.
Every emotion needs to feel embraced.
Every emotion wants to flow.
Emotions are neither bad nor good.
They are JUST energy.
Allow yourself to feel how you feel and whenever you catch yourself saying: "I shouldn't be feeling this way" or "I should be over this by now" -
take a deeeeep breath and say
"It's ok for me to feel how I feel" 3x and you will truly begin to set yourself free.
